Membership Terms of Service

The service
Luxury Enthusiast LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, operates Luxury Enthusiast. These terms govern your use of our website and member web app. Membership is free. Retailer advertising is subject to separate Retailer Terms and any accepted campaign order.
Your account
Provide accurate account information, use a password you keep secure, and do not impersonate another person or share access for misleading reviews. You must be legally able to agree to these terms. You are responsible for activity through your account and should notify us of unauthorized use.
Owner perspectives
Rate pieces you actually own and disclose employment, payment, gifts, or other material connections to a brand or retailer. Ownership is self-reported; we do not certify ownership, authenticate goods, or guarantee their condition. Do not submit fabricated experiences, spam, scams, harassment, threats, unlawful content, or material you lack permission to share. Do not post receipts, serial numbers, addresses, or other sensitive information publicly.
Your content and covers
You retain rights to your submissions. You grant Luxury Enthusiast a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, format, and distribute the content you submit for the service, including item reviews and the shareable covers you choose to create. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for your words and images. Sharing a cover to a social platform is your choice and is subject to that platform’s terms.
Publication and moderation
Submitted perspectives may be held for review before publication. We may restrict, remove, or decline content and accounts that violate these terms, while preserving good-faith criticism. Contact support to report content or ask for review of a decision. Publication, badge eligibility, and placement are not guaranteed. Community scores require at least five published, independent perspectives for an exact variant; individual published perspectives may appear earlier.
Private Clients
Where available, Private Client replaces your public review name with that label. It does not remove our account records or guarantee that details in your words or photos cannot identify you. Our Privacy Policy explains how account data is handled.
Independent opinions and advertising
Ratings and reviews reflect member opinions, not promises about quality, authenticity, resale value, suitability, or future performance. Advertising and eligible affiliate links will be disclosed. Payment does not buy a rating, favorable review, or editorial verdict. Third-party retailers are responsible for their products, transactions, fulfillment, and refunds.
Intellectual property
The Luxury Enthusiast name, original branding, site design, editorial content, and software are owned by Luxury Enthusiast LLC or their respective rights holders. Brand and model names identify the goods discussed and do not imply endorsement. You may share your own cover and link to the service; these terms do not grant permission to copy or redistribute our software or other protected content.
Availability and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy of member content, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee purchase outcomes or commercial results. To the extent permitted by law, Luxury Enthusiast LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service or independent third-party content. These terms do not exclude obligations or liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
Claims involving your submissions
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Luxury Enthusiast LLC against third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful submissions, infringement of another person’s rights, or material breach of these terms. This does not cover claims caused by our own unlawful conduct, gross negligence, or willful misconduct, or obligations that cannot lawfully be imposed on you.
Leaving and changes
You may delete your member account through Profile Settings after confirming your password. This removes your profile and perspectives and recalculates affected item ratings; it cannot recall copies already saved or shared by others. Some security, legal, and retailer billing records may need to be retained. If you manage retailer campaigns, contact support to resolve that account separately. We will communicate material changes to these terms and request renewed agreement where required.
